Nestled in the beautiful Susquehanna Valley, Carlisle Barracks is one of our nation’s oldest military installations. Carlisle is located within two to three hours of New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.

The latest edition of the Newcomer’s Guide is a consolidation of the USAWC’s “Purple Book” and the Army Community Service (ACS) Welcome Guide.
